William M. Zagroba, CPA, JD
President
Bill Zagroba is president of Business Valuation Analysts. Previously, he was an appeals officer, instructor and revenue agent for eight years with the Internal Revenue Service. This specialized knowledge and experience proves an invaluable asset to in the valuation process.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, and the American Bar Association. He is also president of the Rotary Club of Oak Brook, and is a frequently requested speaker to professional and civic organizations.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from De Paul University in Chicago. After passing the Certified Public Accountant Examination, he decided to continue his education at the John Marshall Law School, where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence and passed the bar examination.
John T. Wojcik, CPA, MST, CVA
Senior Analyst
John Wojcik is a senior analyst at Business Valuation Analysts. He works with individuals, family businesses, business owners, and closely held businesses. He provides business valuations, tax planning, research, consulting, and compliance services. John is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
John earned two bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance from Illinois State University and his MST in taxation from Northern Illinois University - College of Business.
He is a licensed public accountant in Illinois. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He is also active with the Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two young children.
